The Fields shall be used solely for model aviation and related activities. 2. Anyone operating an R/C aircraft at either of the Club's fields must have a current AMA card. 3. Guest of a club member who are current AMA members may use the fields two days per year. 4. Only AMA members are allow east of the fence. Young children must be supervised at all times and pets must be leashed. 5. All trash, including wrecked aircraft parts, must be collected and disposed of properly at the end of each flying session 6. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. 7. The Club may determine appropriate actions to be taken against any individual who willfully and habitually violates these regulations. Standard Operating Procedures: 1. Before any transmitter is turned on, a frequency pin corresponding to that transmitter's frequency must be attached to it and a current Club or AMA card must be attached to the frequency board. 2. All transmitters that do not have a frequency pin attached must be turned off and stored in the impound rack. 3. Frequency identification must be displayed on all transmitters. 4. For fixed wing aircraft or rotary wing aircraft in non-hovering flight, the established flight area is east of the runway. 5. For rotary wing aircraft may perform a short duration hover (less than two minutes duration) over the runway if it is taking off into or landing from non-hovering flight. 6. Air blasts from engines running in the pit area must be directed away from other aircraft. 7. Flying over Conifer Street shall be kept to a minimum. 8. Except when taking off, pilots and assistants shall remain at a pilot station. 9. The maximum sound level at Clifton Field is 100db. Although it is not mandatory, the club goal is 95db. No sound level restrictions have been implemented at Modeleer's field at the present time. Prohibited Activities: 1. Flying a fixed wing aircraft over a helicopter landing pad while the pad is in use. 2. Hovering a rotary wing aircraft over the runway while a fixed wing aircraft is in flight. 3. Flying over the runway except for landings and takeoffs. 4. Taxing in the pits (area west of the pilot safety barriers). 5. Running engines in the parking lot or spectator area
